The Timeline
Your candles are packed with care and leave our studio within 1–3 business days. Expect delivery to your door within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.

How to Make a Claim
Email us at support@foreverhomecandle.shop within 7 days of delivery. Please include a quick photo of the issue so we can fast-track your request. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
The Fine Print
Approved refunds are always issued to your original payment method. Because our candles are carefully crafted consumable goods, we do not accept returns for scent preference or used candles.
